"How long will my order take to arrive?"

Deliveries take 1-3 hours. Depending on your location to our drivers and the traffic conditions around Perth. If any unforeseen circumstances effect your order, you will be quickly notified. 
 
"How will I know when my order will/has arrived? 

After you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive an email from one of our friendly team members (usually about 5-10 min after your order is placed) informing you of a delivery time estimate within our ETA 1–3 hour time frame.

Once your order has been quietly delivered to your mailbox or place of your choosing, the delivery driver will email you (or call you via a private number if you wish) to confirm a successful delivery, attached with picture(s) of where your package was carefully placed.

"What if my order is incorrect or the item(s) are damaged?"

All our items are thoroughly inspected before they are packaged for delivery. Our drivers take the utmost care to make sure that everything is delivered to you in one piece. However, if you do by chance see that your order is wrong or damaged don't worry! Just take a photo of the unused damaged, defective or incorrect product you received and email us at pipepimps@thepipepimps.com and we will sort out a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
